Lake Bottom Brewery & Distillery Information

If you're ever passing through Corcoran, CA, and craving a unique dining experience with a local twist, Lake Bottom Brewery & Distillery is the place to be. Situated at 1017 Whitley Ave, this charming brewery and distillery offers more than just a place to grab a drink; it’s a full-on culinary and beverage experience that's perfect for foodies, beer lovers, and anyone looking to enjoy a laid-back, rustic atmosphere.

From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by the cozy, relaxed vibe of the space. The rustic wood decor and industrial touches blend effortlessly with the warm lighting, creating a casual yet inviting atmosphere. Whether you're here to sample the craft brews or sit down for a hearty meal, the ambiance makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the experience.

The menu is a real standout, featuring a variety of dishes that pair perfectly with the house-made brews and spirits. For starters, the beer-battered fries are a fan favorite-crispy, golden, and the perfect blend of salty and savory. If you’re in the mood for something heartier, their smoked brisket is melt-in-your-mouth tender, with just the right amount of smoky flavor that’s been slow-cooked to perfection. It’s not just about the meat either; their vegetarian options, like the roasted veggie flatbread, are just as impressive, providing plenty of flavor without the heaviness.

Of course, the real star of the show at Lake Bottom is their drink menu. Their craft beers are brewed on-site, and you can taste the care that goes into each batch. The IPA is bold and full of hops, a must-try for those who love a beer with a punch. If you're more into spirits, their distillery offerings are equally impressive. The small-batch gin has a crisp, refreshing finish, perfect for sipping on a warm afternoon. For those who prefer a cocktail, they’ve got some fun, inventive drinks on the menu, like the whiskey sour made with their own barrel-aged whiskey.

The service at Lake Bottom Brewery & Distillery is warm and attentive, with staff who are more than happy to recommend a drink pairing or share a bit of the brewery’s backstory. It’s clear that the team here is passionate about what they do, and that energy translates into the food and drinks they serve. Locally sourced ingredients shine through in every bite, and the brews are a true reflection of the craft and creativity that defines this place.

If you’re planning a visit, be sure to check out their weekly specials and events, which often feature live music or trivia nights. An unexpectedly spectacular little establishment. Currently not brewing its own beer, but I hope it does soon! The curation of beers by the bartenders was wonderful!

Highly recommend to stop by, their IPAs are super good, for any beer lover, the only drawback is I wish they would distribute their beer out to local stores it’s that good..

Amazing atmosphere, great outdoor seating. Food is wonderful with a few surprise items. Go check it out.

Holy sh*t! Pardon my French. Just go eat here. Seriously. Words are not satisfactory. Grade-A EVERYTHING. Service, food, beer, mules, Mexican candies, and much more. Chain restaurant amenities with a HEAVY mom and pop brewery vibe. Friendly staff and patrons. Everything was 100% and our bartender Valeria was a gem. Will make the drive from Hanford any day of the week for this place! Highly recommend.

This place is simply amazing. The atmosphere is laid back and simple. The service is so friendly and helpful. The food is not something you would expect from a small town brewery, it's something you would expect to find in Pismo or SLO. I recommend the Frog Leg appetizer, the French Dip and the Pulled Pork Sandwich.
